At Braud’s Funnel Cake Café, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re proud to offer quality products and friendly service. Because our Funnel Cake Mix is a food item, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
That said, we’ll always do our best to make things right if something isn’t perfect.
✅ Returns & Replacements
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition.
- To start a return, contact us at returns@funnelcakecafe.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us photos and your order details — we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
💳 Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
